By accessing or using CigHot, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Any right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

2. Website use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation, security or other users. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, misuse checkout functions or provide false information.

3. Catalogue information

CigHot aims to present product titles, images, variants, quantity choices, prices and availability clearly. Catalogue information can change, and minor display differences may occur. The current product page and selected option should be reviewed before checkout.

References to colours, numbers or variants identify catalogue products and are not health or reduced-risk claims.

4. Orders and availability

An order submission is a request to purchase the selected items. Receipt of an automated confirmation does not prevent review of availability, order information, payment status or other issues that may affect fulfilment. CigHot may decline or cancel an order where fulfilment cannot reasonably proceed, subject to applicable obligations.

5. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on the current product page correspond to the selected option at that time. Different quantities or variants may have different prices. Customers must review the order summary before completing payment and must use an authorised payment method.

6. Shipping

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. CigHot supports eligible Australian and worldwide destinations through an Australian fulfilment operation and other locations where required. Available services may include Australia Post, DHL, UPS, EMS and selected local carriers.

Normal order processing is approximately 1–3 business days. Estimated carrier transit after dispatch is approximately 2–5 business days, with additional time possible for customs review, remote routes, carrier disruption or destination conditions.

7. Returns and order issues

Returns and order issues are governed by the Return Policy. Customers must contact CigHot before sending an item back and must follow the instructions provided after review.

8. Accounts and customer information

You are responsible for information submitted through your account or checkout and for keeping account credentials confidential. Notify CigHot through the official website if you believe an account or order has been used without authority.

9. Intellectual property

The CigHot name, site design, original text, graphics and other website materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Website access does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials except as allowed by law or written permission.

Payment, delivery, analytics and other functions may depend on third-party services. External links are provided for convenience and do not transfer control of those services to CigHot. Third-party terms and privacy practices may also apply.

The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CigHot does not promise uninterrupted access or that every display issue will be corrected immediately. Liability is not excluded where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
